Please assure reservations are secured at the hotel no later than 12:00am Friday, August 29, 2008 for this preferred rate. When making reservations refer to the Complete Meeting Course for Planning Directors group block to get the negotiated group rate. Hotel check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon on the scheduled day of departure. In the event a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved check-out date, the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $50 to the guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the hotel at or before the time of check-in. Rates quoted are for up to two persons per room. Additional person(s) will be at a fee of $30 per person, up to three person(s) per King Suite and up to five person(s) per Double Suite, the maximum occupancy required by law. The hotel is please to offer our premium Lakeview Kings. There is a $30 upgrade fee for these Suites should you request such. These suites are upon request and based upon availability.
